Rapid LatinoAmerica, head office in Colombia, has made its first contribution to the community and the country’s volunteer fire brigade obtaining a fire and rescue vehicle as donation from the Company Buceo Industrial y Dragados from Uraba, which was given to the Volunteer Fire Brigade of Carepa, in the Department of Antioquia. |

Carepa is located in the banana growing region of Uraba near the border with Panama. Road accidents and specially forest fires are a daily occurrence in this zone and although the city has 25 volunteer firemen, until now they had no vehicle to respond to the emergency calls.
